エストニア国立タリン工科大学と意見交換会を行いました

2024年4月24日、エストニア国立タリン工科大学(TalTech) のIngrid Pappel Associate Professor、Engel-Mari Mölder Cooperation Projects Coordinator 、Maarja Tosso Project Managerが東北大学を訪問しました。本学工学研究科・インターナショナルオフィスの松下ステファン悠准教授コーディネートのもと 、 DXの取り組みに関する意見交換会が行われました。

冒頭、本学の佐藤卓 情報部デジタル変革推進課課長補佐から本学のDXの取り組みについて概要説明がなされました。その後、電子決裁の導入状況や学務情報システムの運用方法について意見交換が行われました。加えて、 タリン工科大学で実際に運用されているポータルシステムを参考に紹介していただくなど、様々なDXの取り組みに関する活発な議論が行われました。

On April 24, Assoc. Prof. Ingrid Pappel, who leads the ‘e-Governance Technologies and Services’ master’s programme at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), visited Tohoku University. Joining Prof. Pappel were one of TalTech’s projects coordinators, Engel-Mari Mölder, and one of its project managers, Maarja Tosso. With the assistance of Assoc. Prof. Stephan Yu Matsushita from the International Office at Tohoku University’s School of Engineering, a meeting was organized for the Digital Transformation Division to converse with these e-governance experts from Estonia on various topics regarding digitalization.

Takashi Sato, the Deputy Director of the Digital Transformation Division, began the meeting by providing an overview of Tohoku University’s digitalization initiatives. Afterwards, several topics were discussed by the TalTech delegation and the Digital Transformation Division, such as the workflow of electronic document approval within document management systems and the systematic dissemination of information regarding academic affairs. Prof. Pappel and her delegation demonstrated the current e-governance standard set at TalTech and in Estonia by showcasing the current operational status of TalTech’s portal system. Their valuable insight led to a productive discussion regarding various digitalization initiatives.
